At Peterson Stampede Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM, we believe that all of the vehicles we carry are game-changers. We’ve always felt that when you own a vehicle that promises all of the strength, versatility and value of a Chrysler, Dodge, RAM or Jeep, you simply can’t lose.
But that doesn’t mean we don’t appreciate getting a little bit of proof. And actually, when it comes to June 2013 sales, we got plenty of it.
That’s because seven Chrysler Group vehicles saw record-setting sales months, earning the automaker its 39thconsecutive month of year-over-year sales growth. Overall, Chrysler Group sales rose 8 percent over June 2012, and to our dealership, that’s certainly a winning number. Record-setting Chrysler Group models include:
- Dodge Dart (6,437 units sold)
- Jeep Patriot (6,690 units sold for a 20-percent sales increase)
- Chrysler 200 (up 14 percent in sales with 12,360 units sold)
- Dodge Challenger (up 27 percent in sales with 5,101 units sold)
- Jeep Compass (5,034 units sold for a 24-percent increase)
- Jeep Wrangler (16,165 units sold for a 12-percent increase)
- RAM Cargo Van C/V (up 13 percent with 1,291 units sold)
On top of these record-setters, the Jeep Grand Cherokee saw its best June in eight years and earned a spot as the No. 2 selling vehicle (16,626 units sold for a 33-percent sales growth) while the RAM family of pickups drove serious volume, selling 29,644 units for a 24-percent increase over June 2012. In addition, the Chrysler Town & Country sold 10,609 units for an 18-percent sales increase.
Whether you’re interested in driving a Jeep Compass or Dodge Challenger, Nampa, we think it’s important that you see just how successful the Chrysler Group was in June. As your local Chrysler dealership, we are thrilled to see all four brands earn sales increases, with the RAM and Dodge brands making the biggest strides at 23- and 12-percent sales jumps, respectively. Join us as we continue to build our legacy and celebrate all of the growth that lies ahead!
