Rock Stars?  Yes, we have a few at Peterson Stampede Dodge.  What does it take to become a Stampede rock star?  Let’s take a look:

Meet Zach Nielsen – Sales Consultant (Click to watch video) 

Zach has an energy about him that is hard to rival.  His customers love his crazy sense of humor, and he often has his coworkers in tears…literally.  He is so personable that of the 177 vehicles he sold last year, 54 were to repeat customers.

Always looking for a new adventure, Zach never turns down the opportunity to record vehicle videos.  He shot 180 videos last year alone, but unfortunately, none of them won a People’s Choice Award to his dismay!

When he is not helping a customer find the perfect vehicle, or shooting videos, he is reaching out to customers via the phone.  In fact, he made over 1,000 outgoing calls to customers last year.  Wow!

Last, but not least…Zach was able to obtain the highest Customer Satisfaction scores at the dealership.

Meet Jody Anderson – Internet Sales (Click to watch video)

Jody Anderson is part of our Internet Sales team.  We like to refer to our Internet Sales team as your very own personal shoppers.  Their role is exactly what their name suggests:   They shop for people who don’t have the time, or expertise to do so. Personal shopping is all about individualized attention.

Jody will narrow down what’s really important to you, and what features are a must have in your new vehicle.  By answering a few questions during the initial consultation, Jody can save you a lot of time and energy, and assist the sales consultant in finding a vehicle that fits all your needs.  Maybe, even a few choices that you may not have considered.

Once you arrive at the dealership, your personal shopper will introduce you to your sales consultant, who will have some great choices available for you to test drive, based on your specific vehicle needs.

Last year, Jody consistently helped between 80 to 120 new customers each month.  She maintains a positive and infectious attitude that both her co-workers and customers can sense and thrive off of.  In her off time she likes to hunt, play in the mud, and spend time with her family.
