You spoke…and we listened! We are pleased to announce important improvements to our Express Lane service and tire center. Introducing the All-New Fast Pass for even quicker service. Now you can bypass the lines and save time!
Simply call 475-3030 to schedule a Fast Pass appointment, or book online at www.petersonramjeep.com (select “Fast Pass oil change”) …and we will be ready at Express Lane #2 when you get here. Fast Pass Lane is open Monday-Friday from 7:30-8:00 pm. Our Fast Pass is not available on Saturday.
We have also extended our hours for your convenience. Our Express Lane is now open Monday–Saturday 7:30-6:00 pm.
So why did we make these changes? It’s simple. We want to ensure that we are able to serve ALL of our loyal customers in a timely manner, as our business continues to grow. In order to do this, we needed to reduce the longer wait times that occurred when multiple customers arrived for service within minutes of each other.
This also gives you, our valued customer, the option to reserve a spot that is most convenient to your busy schedule. We truly value our customers and want to provide you with the fastest service possible. We ask that you be patient and work through this Fast Concept with us.
