Change is Good – Putting Customers First

Change is good. First impressions can make or break a business, and a positive experience can create long-lasting business relationships. To better serve our customers, Peterson’s CDJR in Nampa underwent a total interior transformation.

The new showroom boasts an open concept with modern furnishings where customers can work on their mobile devices or view the latest technology on closed-circuit monitors. The new showroom flows into the newly designed service department and additional customer lounge areas.

Not only did we freshen up the inside and outside of the facility, but we also had a change in the management team as well.  This has proved to be most beneficial to our customers, enhancing their overall buying and servicing experiences at the dealership.

Mert Logue, our Service Director of 30 years took the G.M. position and has implemented many changes to our sales department process to enhance our customer’s experience. He has expanded the same customer-first based philosophy he followed in his tenure as Service Director throughout the entire dealership. Customers that may have had a less than stellar experience in the past, and have graciously given us another opportunity to earn their business, have found the changes in philosophy very beneficial.

Elton Rudolph took over the position of General Sales Manager and brings a wealth of experience with him. Elton started his career at Peterson CDJR as a Sales Consultant and has worked his way up the ladder. Elton has held positions as a Sales and Finance Manager and understands the entire buying process from start to finish. He has made major changes to our web pricing to better serve our customers.

Filling the Service Director position is Mr. John Hahn, who brings many years of experience with another Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership out of Oregon. John headed up the Customer First initiative at his former dealership and believes that treating our customers with the utmost priority has made him successful in his field.

Everything we do is centered around the customer having the best experience they can when they walk through our doors. Whether they come in to purchase a vehicle, or to have one repaired…our customers always come first!
